Our standard specification allows for brick cladding using either a Firth Devonstone Brick or a Canterbury Clay Classic Range brick. A linea feature is included usually clients choose to have a road side gable end or a feature by the outdoor area.

Additional changes can be made to mortar colour, brick range and feature cladding where budgets allow. Rockcote, schist and cedar can be priced on application

Long run Coloursteel roofing is used and a range of colours are offered. Often clients will match the roofing to the joinery and garage door, however you can match the joinery to the brick with a range of light and dark colours available.

Our standard specification allows for 80m2 of exposed aggregate concrete, a fence mounted letter box and washing line. When pricing we consider the home owners wants and budget when it comes to landscaping and include basic soft landscaping where possible.

Full landscaping plans can be quoted for where required. Fencing will be priced where it is not included in the section already. Any internal fencing and gates can be quoted for

Working closely with the designers and manufacturers at Cube Studio a local company we are able to offer beautiful kitchens with stone bench tops designed to suit our clients personal tastes and spaces. Clients often meet with our designer to choose colours and styles if they wish.

Sourcing quality plumbing ware from our local plumbing world branches means our clients have the freedom to alter styles and colours to suit their budget and preference. With either a standard “round” or “square ” style to choose from, making the decision process as involved as you wish.

Quality brands such as Godfrey Hirst and Robert Malcom are provided by our suppliers for hard and soft flooring options while NZ City Tiles provide options for splashbacks and bathroom tiling. Our standard is to tile bathrooms, vinyl plank entry ways, laundries and kitchens and carpet throughout the rest if a home.
